Sikt provides access to data from a variety of collections and sources. Many, though not all data, are available in english. The data are gathered in different collections, and here you’ll find pointers to some of these.

Sikt's Research Data Catalogue
Search for data in Sikt’s research data catalogue, the Survey Bank. The data comes from multiple sources: recurring surveys, Statistics Norway (SSB), large research institutes, and individual researchers. You can find both quantitative and qualitative data.

Other Data Collections
European Social Survey (ESS)
A cross-national survey using high methodological standards to provide freely available data for 40 European countries. Sikt is data archive for the ESS survey.
CESSDA Data Catalogue
The data catalogue of the Consortium of European Social Science Data Archives, contains descriptions of the more than 40 000 data collections of their Service Providers, among them Sikt.
NorLAG (in Norwegian)
NorLAG is a life course study where we follow the same people, born between 1922 and 1966, over time. The study combines longitudinal survey and register data.
