It is often required that you have an IP-address that belongs to your institution, and that is reported to the supplier of the articles, in order to access articles in full-text when you click a link in Oria, via the link resolver, or in a database.

If you are outside campus and need access to full-text articles, you can access by using VPN, proxy or other home office solutions.
