Can I use the NVA?
You need a valid Norwegian person ID to get a user in NVA. If you had an active user in Cristin, you should have an active user in NVA.
If you are unsure, contact NVA user support at your institution.
No valid person ID
Without a Norwegian person ID, you unfortunately cannot create a user in NVA. Contact the NVA user support at your institution, and they will help you register your research.
Can log in, but not register?
If you can you log in to NVA, but you cannot register information, contact user support at your institution. They need to register your employment at the institution in NVA.
