Who must submit a Notfication Form?
Sikt's Notification Form is an online form you need to submit if:
- You will process personal data in connection with a research project,
- and the institution you belong to has an agreement with Sikt for Data Protection Services and is responsible for the processing of personal data.
In the Notification Form, you describe what personal data you'll be processing, why, and how.
Our role is to advise and guide you on how to process personal data lawfully. Our assessment confirms that your plan complies with the requirements of data protection law.
The form should be sent in no later than 30 days before data collection starts.
