Data Protection Services for research

Sikt provides data protection services to 130 Norwegian research and education institutions. The purpose is to ensure legal access to necessary personal data for research.

As of 2023 Sikt delivers data protection services to some 130 Norwegian institutions. These include all Norwegian universities and most university colleges, as well as several research institutes, health trusts and competence centres.
